TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms govern your use of AlterEgo.online (operated by AlterEgo Apparel Pty Ltd, South Africa) and the purchase of our products.

1. Our Products

We sell expressive casualwear (t-shirts, hoodies and accessories) printed on demand via local and international partners (In.It Apparel for South Africa and Printify for international orders). All products are made-to-order and subject to slight variations in print placement and colour.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in ZAR for South African customers and USD for international customers. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees.

3. Limited Drops & Stock

Killarney, CSMX and OneTrackMind drops are strictly limited. Once sold out at the track, remaining stock is offered online on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of stock discrepancies.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, including official collaborations, are the property of AlterEgo or our licensed partners. You may not reproduce or resell any design.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cape Town, South Africa.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
