RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because every item is printed on demand specifically for you, we have a strict returns policy.

1. Quality Issues Only
We accept returns only for manufacturing defects (e.g. major print errors, damaged items on arrival). Normal wear, colour variations or “I changed my mind” are not eligible.

2. Timeframe
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

3. Process
- Email ashley@alterego.co.za with your order number and photos.
- We will inspect and, if approved, send a prepaid return label (South Africa only) or issue a full refund/exchange.
- International customers: you pay return shipping; we refund the product cost only once received.

4. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

5. No Returns on Sale Items or Limited Drops
Killarney, CSMX and OneTrackMind limited editions are final sale unless defective.

We want you to love your Alter Ego gear. If something is wrong, we will make it right.
