There's a rule you'll hate but it holds: "we don't explain ourselves" doesn't mean we can't tell people how to buy. It means we don't justify. So this page states the mechanic like it's obvious, because to us it is.
A drop is an announcement. Not a sale.
We don't hold stock. We don't guess what you want and pray it moves. Every AlterEgo shirt starts as a story — a build, a race, a moment — and gets made when enough people want to wear it.
Here's how it works:
1. The drop goes live. One design. One story. A window to claim yours.
2. We hit ten. Ten orders and the run is confirmed. Production starts. That's not marketing scarcity — that's how made-to-order works.
3. It gets made. Then it's gone. When the window closes, the run closes. Some designs come back. Most don't.
No warehouse. No landfill line. No "SALE 40% OFF" six weeks later because we over-ordered. If you're wearing it, it's because you chose it while it existed.
The choice is yours.
